Disc Golf Goals

I have two main goals for this next year. First, I need to adjust my training program to better prepare and maintain my body throughout the disc golf season. As I get older, and amass more injuries, I need to better prepare my body to ensure I am able to play regularly. Second, I plan on putting in a bit of work to increase my circle two putting percentage. My current percentage is decent, but I think a little more practice could increase my makes and confidence.
